Brandied Pepper Swordfish Steaks

2 Swordfish steaks
2 tsp. Culinary Conspiracy's Brandied Pepper
½ tsp. Dijon Mustard
¼ cup cream
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. Brandy

Pat Brandied Pepper on each side of swordfish steaks. Saute steaks in melted butter. Remove, add brandy and stir 30 seconds. Whisk in mustard, salt and cream. Stir for 1 minute to thicken sauce.
